World of White

We had a small snowstorm yesterday. It was the kind of snow that sticks to all the tree branches and makes everything look magical. I drive this road to get most anywhere from my small town. It’s lined with trees and winds along the river. In fall, the leaves are a glorious riot of color. In winter after one of these snowfalls, it’s a fairyland of white. Spring and summer are green, green, green. This is one of the things I’ll miss when we move.

Gorgeous! I’ve always loved the phrase “riot of color”…. to me it’s the perfect description.

Oh yeah! I love it when the snow “outlines” tree branches like that.

We had a snowfall like that today. I need to go for a walk in it to clear my head. Thanks for the lovely photo.
