More Quilting in the Digital Age

I’m trying out some color schemes for my project for the upcoming quilting getaway weekend. Given that I’m a total color geek and just happen to be a computer savvy graphic designer, I’ve got some tricks up my sleeve. I’ve roughly dummied the pattern in Adobe Illustrator. Next, I’ve perused the site ColourLovers.com for some inspiring palette combinations. It’s like being in a candy store of colors. Then I get to try out a few combinations that I found pleasing.

Next will be settling on (only) one I really like and see if I can translate it into fabric. I’ve got a few more palettes to try. I could do this for days.
